Returns

We pride ourselves on our customer service, and we recognize that sometimes purchases don't meet expectations. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy for items that are in their original packaging and have all labels and tags attached. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Delivery

Orders will normally be shipped out within 24 hours of ordering (Mon-Fri), and tracking uploaded to the order.   Please let us know if your order is not received within 2-3 days, or if your tracking link is not working/updating and we will look into this for you. 

Opening Hours

Our office hours are open Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and are closed weekends, and all bank holidays.  Our warehouse will be open at the weekends and later in the evenings to continue to ship out orders as quickly as we can.  If you need to contact us out of office hours, please email us or send us a message on Socials and we will reply as quickly as we can.  

Warranty

Should there be any issue with your order - damage/fault etc, please let us know as soon as you can and attach any images to show the issue, and we will of course sort anything for you as quickly as we can, and arrange any returns as necessary.
